!BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP! It’s your morning wake up call! Time to get up and get going with your day.

What does a typical morning look like for you? Do you change up your routine based on what you have going that day or are you a creature of
habit?

I will give you one guess as to which I am…hint: I am an early riser on a mission. I want to make each moment count!

My mornings are mostly identical and start in the “non-human” hours (usually I’m up by 4am.)

Here are 6 things I do in order every single morning.

  • Daily Devotional
  • My Power Code, thanks coach Katie!
  • Morning Nutrition, per Total Body Mastery Testing
  • Exercise while listening to Clinical Nutrition classes
  • Get Ready for the Day!
  • Exercise Otto the dog before heading into work!

Doing these each day helps me feel energized & ready to take on the day and tackle my to-do list (that’s a topic for a whole other post ?).
