This sugar alcohol has been recognized by the FDA as “generally safe”, but there are risks and side effects you should be aware of…

  • Usually genetically modified from cornstarch, which is linked with many potential health problems.
  • Can cause gastrointestinal problems.
  • May trigger allergic reactions
  • Not safe for dogs/pets

My recommendation, get monk fruit WITHOUT erythritol and adjust your amounts accordingly.
