It’s officially the start of BBQ SEASON! Who’s with me on that one?!
Now is the time when we make sure [he propane tank is full and we move most of our cooking to the back patio.
And with the 4th of July a couple days away, I can only imagine you are preparing to do the same!
Our traditional 4th of July breakfast was my Nana’s homemade Swedish pancakes with made from scratch whipped cream and fresh strawberries and blueberries!
We’d grill up a tasty kielbasa and eat outside by the river in the mountains! YUM!
Dinner that night was generally hamburgers on the grill with all of the fixings! Such a classic 4th of July spread.
That plus homemade vanilla ice cream for dessert! It’s the best!
This year is looking a little different though…
We are MOVING my clinic TODAY after 16 years of being in our current office space! CRAZY!
And, of course, we will be up and running, ready to serve our patients near and far come Monday!
So, who knows if we’ll be enjoying any of these family traditions this weekend, though I’m sure we’ll celebrate nonetheless!
