Exercise will give you more energy, even when you’re tired!
Research shows that regular, low-intensity exercise may help boost energy levels in people suffering from fatigue. They say expending energy by engaging in regular exercise may pay off with increased energy in the long run.
Give this a shot. I know getting up and moving may not sound like the most brilliant idea when you’re exhausted and would rather nap but try it and see what happens. Guarantee you’ll feel better when you’re done.
It does not have to be anything strenuous either. Light to moderate levels of exercise is all that is necessary to improve your energy level far better than a cup of Joe or a dangerous energy drink will.
