If you listen to the medical community, the news, your friends, I bet you think breast cancer is the #1 killer of women. It sure is portrayed that way, isn’t it?

While breast cancer is a common occurrence amongst women, there is a health disease that’s claiming far more women lives. It is true, 1 in 3 women will end up with breast cancer at some point in their life unless they take action. However, breast cancer does not always end up being fatal.

So just what is the #1 killer of women in the United States?

Heart disease.

One in 31 women will end up dying from breast cancer, but did you know that 1 in 3 women end up dying from heart disease! Holy smokes that’s alarming!

Every 40 seconds someone in the United States has a heart attack.

The worst part of this disease…

The most common first sign or symptom that you have it is a heart attack!! But it doesn’t have to be…

One of the aspects I love about what I get to do is being able to help people detect these underlying health problems LONG before they end up experiencing any signs or symptoms of them. How cool is that?

Research has said that most chronic health conditions have been brewing in your system for at least 7 years BEFORE you ever experience any kind of symptom!!

I guess judging how healthy you are purely on how you are feeling is not the best approach if you’re wanting to prevent this dreaded, all too common, disease from invading your body.
