Double down on this one by reading an actual book. Get unplugged from technology and give your brain a break from all of the blue lighting it’s continually being bombarded by thanks to technology. That blue light is just like caffeine for your brain. A little goes a long way!

Better yet, take your real book out into nature! Now you’re really going to help yourself decompress. By taking your reading outdoors for even 20 minutes, you’ll recharge your brain and energize it just as if you had a cup of coffee without consuming it.
