Smoothies are great, but with how most are made, you’ll be consuming far more carbs and natural sugars than what your body really needs in a day and they’ll have you crash before you even make it to lunch!

Keto Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 3/4 water
  • 1 tablespoon grass-fed collagen powder
  • 1 teaspoon MCT oil
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seed
  • 1 tablespoon chia seed
  • 1 very full handful of fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries (or other berries of your liking)
  • 1/2 teaspoon stevia or monk fruit (optional)

Instructions:

Place all ingredients in your blender. I also will sneak in a probiotic and Vitality C to add more nutrients to my mix. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
