Eat REAL food instead, please! Processed food is incredibly BAD for you!
These foods have been engineered to trick the pleasure centers in the brain – they trick you into overeating, which promotes food addiction in some people.
They lack vital nutrients including fiber, protein and different micronutrients. They’re super high in unhealthy ingredients like added sugars , refined grains and bad fats.
Most of these foods also contain several different types of chemicals and artificial ingredients to make them look more appealing, have a shelf life and taste “good” to your taste buds.
Most of these foods are pre-packaged and found on the inner isles of the grocery store. The easiest piece of advice I have for you is to only shop around the perimeter of the grocery store, minus the bakery.
That’s where you’ll find produce and proteins predominately. It’s when you go into the center of the grocery store that you run into trouble.
