This positions them at the back of your throat, which makes it easier to swallow them.
Using a water bottle with a straw can be super helpful for this method.
- Tip your head back to swallow TABLETS as they’ll naturally start their way down your throat in this position.
This method is easier accomplished using your classic glass of water.
