Have you ever tried to improve your health but ended up so overwhelmed by all the things you couldn’t have?
For example, have you ever tried to cut out gluten or sugar from your diet only to end up feeling like “what in the world am I going to eat?”
You’re not alone. I have had this response from numerous patients.
What I have found works better is focusing on what you need to add into your daily regimen that will help improve your health.
Instead of looking at all the foods you shouldn’t be eating, focus on adding a healthier version/option of food at each meal.
This builds healthy habits and over time, you will naturally move away from the foods or things you’ve been doing that have been robbing you of your health.
Any healthy change you implement should not ever be for the short term either, so when you approach these changes in this manner, its much easier to adopt these new ways of life.
Create healthy habits, not restrictions and you’ll be amazed at how different your life will look in a little time.
Best of all, you’ll be free from the overwhelm and stress too!
I am always curious to see what people are working on when it comes to their health.
