These super quick and easy-to-make mojito fat bombs give you that same refreshing taste without all the sugar or the potential hangover come tomorrow.
In fact, these are a great snack to help boost your mental clarity, focus and concentration and feed your fuel supply for amazing energy all in one bite!

Ingredients:
- 2 tbsps Coconut Oil
- 2 tbsps Raw Honey
- 1/2 cup Coconut Butter
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 Lime (juiced, zested)
- 2 tbsps Mint Leaves (chopped)
- 2 tsps Ginger (peeled, grated)
Directions:
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt the coconut oil, honey, and coconut butter.
- Add the vanilla extract and whisk until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a silicone muffin tray or muffin cups.
- Top each cup with lime juice, zest, mint, and ginger.
- Refrigerate for about one hour or until set.
