Do you ever feel stuck?
I know we have all been there and I will be the first to tell you, it can be super exhausting!
Sometimes I feel like no matter how organized I am, how well I’ve managed my time, how prepared I may be for the tasks that need to be accomplished, there’s just simply not enough time to make it all happen.
And this seems to always happen when I have so much to get done and there is so much I want to accomplish!
When I’m feeling this way, I know I’m out of alignment and to get myself back in alignment and focus on the future again, I need to go for a hike in the woods without anyone else related to me or my work around.
When I do this I can refocus my mind, figure out why I fell out of alignment and get back to work feeling energized and like time has slowed down just for me!
I have found that when my attention is on the future and I’ve stepped into this new reality mentally first, I am more likely to crush the goals I’ve set for myself.
