I know I will probably lose some friends over this, but it has to be said and I need to know who agrees with me…

Traditional pizza is completely overrated. There, I said it. And I have no regrets.

I remember growing up LOVING pizza until the day I found out I was gluten intolerant.

You guys, this was in 1994… LONG before “gluten-free” was even a thing.

How on earth was I going to be able to enjoy this classic without the gluten?

Over the years, I just quit eating pizza altogether because grains, in general, have been removed from my diet.

Figuring out how to enjoy this unhealthy staple of the American diet in a healthy manner became a bigger priority once I had my kiddo.

What kid doesn’t LOVE pizza?

Well, I’m happy to report that neither of us go deprived any longer.
